Every Evelyns order is packed and shipped from our Australian warehouse. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, and you will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your package leaves us.

• We currently ship within Australia only.
• Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day.
• Delivery estimates start from the day your order ships, not the day it is placed.
• If your tracking has not updated for more than 5 business days, contact us and we will chase it down for you.

Every order is covered by our 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will make it right.

• Because our products are personal care items, you do not need to ship used products back to us — simply reach out and we will process your refund.
• Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
• Free promotional gifts included with your order are not eligible for separate refunds.
• To start a refund, use our contact page with your order number and the email used at checkout.

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of what you received. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund — whichever you prefer — at no cost to you.
